Sprinkler & irrigation repair

Broken sprinkler heads

Cracked, stuck, leaking or mowed-over heads replaced and adjusted so water lands on the lawn, not the street.

Zone & valve problems

Zones that won't turn on, won't shut off or run weak, traced back to the valve, wiring or supply.

Leaks & line breaks

Soggy spots, running water and surprise water bills tracked down and the damaged line repaired.

Controllers & timers

Controller troubleshooting and programming so each zone runs the right days and run times.

System checks & optimization

A zone-by-zone check of coverage and efficiency to cut wasted water and keep landscaping healthy.

Water-wise tune-ups

Adjusting heads, spray patterns and schedules so you use only the water your landscape needs.

New sprinkler systems, drip irrigation & turf consultation

Building a new home, re-landscaping or tired of dragging hoses? We design and install irrigation systems, add drip irrigation where spray heads waste water, and offer turf consultations to help your lawn and watering work together.

New sprinkler system installation

New irrigation systems designed and installed by a licensed irrigator, laid out so every zone covers your lawn and beds efficiently.

Drip irrigation

Drip lines for flower beds, shrubs and foundation plantings that deliver water right at the roots with less waste and overspray.

Turf consultation

An on-site visit to look at your lawn's health and how your watering is affecting it, with practical recommendations for your yard and irrigation.

New and expanded irrigation systems in Texas must be installed by a TCEQ-licensed irrigator. We're licensed (LI #23212), so your system is designed and installed to state standards.

Backflow testing & certification

A backflow prevention assembly keeps water from your sprinkler system from flowing back into the drinking water supply. These assemblies need to be tested to make sure they're working.

We provide annual backflow testing and certification. Many water providers require backflow assemblies on irrigation systems to be tested — check with your water provider for its specific requirements and deadlines.

Texas requires anyone who tests or repairs backflow prevention assemblies to hold a license from the TCEQ. We're a licensed Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (BP0022338).

Why repair and optimize?

A system that's working improperly or inefficiently translates into higher-than-needed water bills and can leave your landscaping looking sad.

We repair and optimize landscape irrigation systems as a way to protect our most precious nonrenewable resource — water — and to make sure your landscaping looks its best.

Signs your sprinkler system needs attention

  • Dry or brown patches while other areas stay green
  • Puddles, soggy ground or water running down the curb
  • A zone that won't come on — or won't turn off
  • Heads that spray the sidewalk, house or street
  • A water bill that's higher than it should be

Licensed & insured

Texas law requires anyone who sells, designs, installs, maintains, alters, repairs, services or inspects an irrigation system to be licensed by the TCEQ. Abiding Irrigation Repair is a licensed Texas irrigator (LI #23212), holds a TCEQ backflow tester license (BP0022338) and is fully insured.
